CONSUMER Affairs Victoria has suspended a St Albans conveyancer after serious concerns about his business practices.
Anh Ngoc Nguyen, trading as Compact Conveyancing Services, has had his licence to act as a conveyancer suspended.
CAV director Claire Noone said the agency had serious concerns about Mr Nguyen's business practices.
He had about 40 conveyancing matters in progress when he was suspended.
Anyone who has engaged Mr Nguyen as a conveyancer should contact CAV for advice.
